Annual Book Fair takes place 30th September to 4th October
The Scholastic Book Fair is back in our school library this week until 4th October. This ‘pop-up’ bookshop has hundreds of great children’s and YA books to choose from, and with prices starting from just £1.99 there’s sure to be a book for everyone. Regular reading for pleasure has been shown to improve outcomes for students across all areas of the curriculum, as well as supporting positive mental health and well-being. It is hoped the fair will provide students with an opportunity to discover new books to love. Furthermore, not only will this event help to spread the joy of reading across school but every purchase made will also help to earn free books for our school library! Students will be able to visit the fair at break, lunch times and after school until 4.30pm, and payments can be made in the following ways:

· Online Payments

Students can fill out a ‘wishlist’ at the fair and then any purchases can be made from home. The items can then be collected the following day, once payment is confirmed. Online card payments can also be made in person when visiting the fair.
