Why Choose Bellerive FCJ?
We know that choosing the right school for your daughter is a difficult decision, so we have asked some of our current parents why they selected Bellerive for their daughter.
Julie Wilson has two daughters at Bellerive - she explains why their family picked our school:
“The girls attended St Austin’s Primary School, which has an excellent relationship with Bellerive. They each attended an Open Evening and Taster Day and came back full of enthusiasm and excitement. They truly were given a feel for the school, its principles, values and rules all wrapped in a very caring and responsible approach. We are practising Catholics so it is essential that the values we teach at home are reaffirmed throughout their educational life. I have no hesitation in recommending Bellerive to parents and future pupils; they can rest assured that their girls can take full advantage of a caring environment so they can focus on their education and shine.”
Parent Sharon Miller explains why she decided to send her daughters to our school:
“Bellerive has amazing pastoral care, the teachers are so supportive and seem to take time out to discuss things. The morals in the school are very high, which I think is so unusual and special. I would definitely recommend Bellerive to other parents. Both of my daughters are doing really well and are very happy, they seem to be going from strength to strength academically with great support from their teachers. The way their achievements have been acknowledged is unbelievable and I can’t imagine a more caring and appreciative environment for them. It just feels very unique and has definitely lived up to its reputation. I wouldn’t consider sending them anywhere else.”
Parent Carol Blower tells us why she decided to send her daughter to Bellerive FCJ:
“I chose Bellerive because I had previously had dealings with the school in a professional capacity and felt it was the right place for my daughter to attend. I would say the school’s discipline policy stands out as a particular strength for me. I also liked the fact that my daughter had a one-to-one discussion with the Head of Year before she started. I feel this has stood her in good stead and due to this she has made a really good start to her senior school life. I certainly would recommend this school to other parents.”
Susan Crilly explains why her family picked Bellerive for her daughter’s secondary education:
“We chose Bellerive for our daughter after attending the Open Evening and being very impressed. We were shown around the school by some very friendly and polite girls and all of the staff we spoke to were friendly, professional and told us how happy they were to be working there. My daughter is very happy at Bellerive, has settled down well, made some lovely new friends and has good relationships with her teachers. I think that the staff really care about the education and wellbeing of the girls. As a proud ex-pupil of Bellerive myself I have already recommended the school to many parents at my daughter’s old primary school.”
Mrs Simon explains why she decided to send her youngest daughter to Bellerive FCJ:
“I have four daughters so I didn’t have to think twice about sending my youngest to Bellerive, her sisters all attended the school and have done very well. My eldest went to Sixth Form there and sprinted straight into a university course. The strong Catholic ethics and values stand out as a real strength for me. Feedback from other parents played a part in the decision to send our first daughter here and now I regularly recommend Bellerive to friends and colleagues. The school staff have been a great support to me and my children and I go to work each day knowing they are both safe and cared for there.”
