We were delighted to recognise the contribution of our Science ambassadors this week at a reward event, hosted by Mrs Carradice and we were especially thrilled to have as the guest of honour a former pupil who has gone onto further study in the field of Science. Phillipa shared her experiences in the field of STEM with the pupils who hopefully came away inspired to study further.
Phillipa McCabe current works at Liverpool John Moores University in the fields of Data Science, Maths and Machine Learning. Phillipa presented our ambassadors with a certificate and joined them for a hot chocolate at break.
Well done to all involved and we wish Phillipa continued success in the world of academia.
